Specification and build.
The Pointe is a stainless steel pedestal made to raise a fire ornament to standing height. At 36 inches tall on a 22-inch square footprint it lifts the piece it carries clear of planting and furniture and gives it a clean, deliberate base rather than leaving it on the ground.
The column and head are both stainless, so the mount weathers at the same rate as the ornament it supports and needs no seasonal attention beyond a wipe down.

Do I need a permit?
Often, and the threshold varies by county. Structures over roughly 200 square feet, or anything with plumbing or permanent power, generally require review. We supply engineering drawings and load calculations for your submission.
What does the base need?
A level, compacted pad with anchor points. Concrete, timber deck and screw piles are all used. The anchor pattern is in the drawings and depends on the model and your local wind load.
