Specification and build.
The Coronado is a long, low linear fire pit, 28 inches deep and 15 inches tall in every length, so it reads as a horizon of flame rather than a campfire in a bowl. At coffee-table height it anchors a ring of seating without blocking the view across it.
Six lengths run from 48 to 108 inches, producing 40,000 to 120,000 BTU. Lava rock is included to conceal the burner and spread the flame evenly across the pan. Specify natural gas or propane and one of five ignition systems, from a simple match-lit burner to a CSA-certified plug-and-play electronic start.
Corten steel ships raw. Over the first few months outdoors it grows a dense russet oxide layer that then seals the metal beneath it, so the finish is also the protection. It deepens with exposure instead of failing. Expect the colour to keep shifting for a season or two before it settles.

Handmade in the USA. One-year limited manufacturer warranty. Because each unit is fabricated individually, small variations in finish and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
Do I need a permit?
Often, and the threshold varies by county. Structures over roughly 200 square feet, or anything with plumbing or permanent power, generally require review. We supply engineering drawings and load calculations for your submission.
What does the base need?
A level, compacted pad with anchor points. Concrete, timber deck and screw piles are all used. The anchor pattern is in the drawings and depends on the model and your local wind load.
