Warranty
Every structure we sell carries a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, running from the date of original retail purchase.
The term varies by product
There is no single warranty length across the catalogue. A glass dome, a PVC event dome and a sauna are not the same object and are not warranted for the same period. The term that applies to your unit is stated in the warranty documentation shipped with it, and that document is the exclusive warranty for that product.
If you want the term in writing before you order, ask us and we will get it from the manufacturer for the specific model you are considering. We would rather do that than have you assume a number off a website.
What the warranty covers
Defects in materials and workmanship. It is not a wear and tear policy, and it does not cover damage from installation that departed from the manual, from weather loading beyond the rated specification, from modification, or from ordinary aging of consumable components such as covers and zips.
Who it covers
- The original retail purchaser only. The warranty is not transferable, so it does not follow the structure if you sell the property or the unit.
- Proof of purchase is required for any claim. Keep your invoice.
Making a claim
Email support@temengrove.com with your order number, the model, and photographs of the issue. We take it to the manufacturer on your behalf and stay in the middle of it until it is resolved. You do not have to chase a factory yourself.
Damage that occurred in transit is not a warranty matter and has a much shorter reporting window. See returns and cancellations.
