1. Who we are

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and specifications

Products are manufactured to order by third party manufacturers with whom we hold distribution or dealer agreements. Specifications, dimensions, materials and load ratings published on this site are taken from manufacturer documentation. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice. Where a specification is critical to your project, confirm it with us in writing before ordering.

Product images are representative. Finishes, wood grain and natural materials vary between units.

3. Pricing

Prices are posted in United States dollars and are fixed. The posted price applies regardless of order quantity. Prices do not include duties, import taxes, local permits, site preparation, assembly, electrical, plumbing or anchoring.

Card payments carry a 3 percent processing fee added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrectly published price, with a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Orders require a 50 percent deposit, with the balance due before the manufacturer releases the unit for shipment. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, subject to the carrier claim process described in our refund policy.

5. Cancellation and returns

Cancellation after production release incurs a 25 percent fee. Returns must be requested by phone within 7 days of delivery. Full terms are in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Shipping and delivery

Lead times are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for losses arising from manufacturing or freight delays. Delivery, inspection and damage claim terms are in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Installation and compliance

Unless expressly purchased from us in writing, installation is not included. You are responsible for site preparation, foundations, anchoring, electrical and plumbing connections, and for obtaining any permits or approvals required by your jurisdiction, homeowners association or insurer. Confirm local permitting before you order.

8. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, stated on the product page and registered in your name at delivery. We pass through and administer warranty claims. We do not provide an independent warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost bookings or business interruption.

10. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout and photography, is owned by us or used under licence. Manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their owners.

11. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
