What this is

Specification and build.

The smallest and least expensive unit in the Tentspaces range: an 80 square foot pentagonal cabin on a double-layered fireproof wood frame with a PVDF roof. It is the practical entry point for an operator adding a first few units to an existing site.

The tempered glass front door takes a fingerprint lock, and a single tempered glass window handles daylight and ventilation. Both the frame and the platform are fireproof wood, so the structure sits into a wooded setting without the visual weight of a steel-framed tent.

Do I need a permit?

Often, and the threshold varies by county. Structures over roughly 200 square feet, or anything with plumbing or permanent power, generally require review. We supply engineering drawings and load calculations for your submission.

What does the base need?

A level, compacted pad with anchor points. Concrete, timber deck and screw piles are all used. The anchor pattern is in the drawings and depends on the model and your local wind load.
