Lead times and payment
Nothing here is pulled off a shelf. These structures are built to order, which is why the specification conversation happens before the invoice does.
Lead time
Plan on 6 to 10 weeks from the date the order is accepted, plus freight time on top. Accepted means the specification is agreed and the deposit has cleared, not the day you first got in touch.
A small number of units are in stock at any given time. Those ship once payment clears in full. If timing is the constraint on your project, ask us what is in stock before you settle on a model. It can save you two months.
Payment schedule
- 50 percent deposit when the order is accepted. This is what puts your unit into the build queue.
- The balance, including any applicable sales tax and the quoted freight, is due before the unit is released for shipping.
If the balance is not paid within 30 days of us requesting it, the order may be canceled and a 25 percent restocking fee assessed. That is the manufacturer's term and we cannot waive it, so if you need the timing to flex, tell us early and we will work it out before it becomes a problem.
The total purchase price includes any customization that carries a cost above the standard unit.
How you can pay
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, wire transfer, cash, check and cryptocurrency. Limits and restrictions apply to some of these, so ask if you are planning to use one of the less common ones.
Card payments carry a 3 percent processing fee, shown as a separate line at checkout rather than hidden in the price. On a $30,000 dome that is $900, so most buyers at that level pay the deposit by wire transfer instead. Wire carries no fee.
Cards issued outside the United States are accepted where the buyer has photo identification and the shipping address matches the card.
Financing
Collateral free personal loans are available through third party lenders via Feeasy, up to $100,000, with terms up to 12 years. United States residents only. Approval, rates and terms are entirely the lender's decision and we are not a party to the loan.
